Service & Booking

We proudly serve all of Illinois, including Chicago, Springfield, Naperville, Aurora, Rockford, and surrounding areas. For events outside our primary service area, please contact us to discuss travel arrangements.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and large events during peak season (May-October). However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
As a general rule, we recommend 1 bartender per 50-75 guests. For larger events or events with elaborate cocktail menus, we may recommend additional bartenders to ensure quick service and happy guests.
Yes! We regularly serve at outdoor weddings, backyard parties, and festival-style events. We bring appropriate equipment for outdoor service and can adapt to various venue types.

Packages & Pricing

Our packages include professional bartenders, bar setup and breakdown, all bar equipment and tools, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and cleanup. The main difference between packages is the number of bartenders, hours of service, and customization options.

No, we are a dry hire service. This means we provide the bartending services, equipment, and setup, but you purchase and provide the alcohol. We’re happy to provide detailed shopping lists and recommendations to help you purchase the right quantities and types of beverages for your event.
We’re happy to accommodate hour extensions! Additional hours can be added to any package at $150 per hour per bartender. Please let us know in advance, or we can discuss on-site if the extension is spontaneous (subject to bartender availability).
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, Venmo, and checks. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Services & Equipment

We provide all necessary bar equipment including: professional bar setup with backdrop, premium glassware, professional shakers and bar tools, ice and ice bins, mixers and garnishes, cocktail napkins, and all cleaning supplies. We handle everything from setup to cleanup.
Absolutely! We love creating custom signature cocktails that reflect your personality or event theme. Our mixologists will work with you to design unique drinks that wow your guests. This service is included in our Premium and Custom packages.
Yes! We can create a full mocktail menu with creative non-alcoholic beverages. We can also set up a dedicated non-alcoholic bar station if desired. All our packages include mocktail options.
Yes! We can work around dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare appropriate alternatives and ensure safe service for all your guests. We take allergies very seriously.

Licensing & Insurance

Yes! All of our bartenders are fully licensed with valid Illinois liquor licenses, TIPS certified, and ServSafe certified. We also carry comprehensive general liability insurance up to $2 million for your complete peace of mind.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future event within one year. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Yes! we have general and liquor liability insurance that we provide for free of charge! 1M-2M aggregate for peace of mind at your event!
